Bidding Information
Bidders shall contact the MCEO via email at bids@mceo.org
if a password is required to open the encrypted bid documents.
In the email, list the specific project and provide bidder name,
contact, phone, email, and mailing address to receive a password
for bid documents. If a password is not required, the bidder
contact information is required to notify bidders of addenda or
changes with the project.
