Rick
Alexander,
Fleet and Shop Manager, will be supervising equipment
maintenance and acting as the shop purchasing agent for the
engineer’s office.
Ken Buckey,
Bridge Inspector, assisting with bridge inspections throughout
the county.
Doug
Culbertson,
Project Inspector, provides field inspections for many types of
projects and construction activities.
Gary Hogue,
Road Superintendent, supervises the highway crews and schedules
all maintenance operations for the highway department.
Shawn Johnson,
CAD/GIS Specialist, administers the GIS system and Database for
the Engineer’s Office, produces drawings and maps for
improvement projects, and is responsible for the creation of
this website.
Brian Newton,
Engineering Technician/Inspector, provides inspection and
technical assistance for stormwater and drainage issues, traffic
studies, drafting, cost estimation and other agency needs.
Matt Russell,
Administrative Deputy, assists the county engineer with
planning, budgeting, purchasing, securing grant funds, and many
other administrative duties.
Katie Settles,
will be answering telephone calls, providing clerical services,
and assisting with the accounting needs of the department.
Sandy
Snelling,
will be handling the accounts payable and receivable tasks of
the agency, as well as payroll, and many other clerical needs.
Denis Swierz,
P.S., licensed surveyor, provides survey needs of the
department, including road vacations and dedications .
Andy
Swinehart,
Administrative Analyst, reviews all deeds and land surveys for
accuracy; acts as force account specialist, tracking cost for
road and bridge improvements; also serves as the Planning
Commission Assistant Director.
Brian Taylor,
Communications Coordinator, coordinates public relation
activities, meetings, news media; creates newsletters and other
publications
Bob Wilson, Bridge Inspector, providing field inspections
of all bridges under the county’s jurisdiction.
